Bouquet: On the nose is an abundance of sweet plums, ripe blackberry, and red currant with hints of jubes and red licorice rounding out the palate. 

Palate: The palate is both generous and elegant with mouth-filling sweet, Cabernet-driven dark fruits, primarily blackberries, and a touch of white pepper that is expected from this Langhorne Creek single vineyard. The tannins are firm, with lovely natural acidity which balances well with the fruit's sweetness.
